A new expression of the Day Lewis brand identity to ensure consistent presentation across the estate and assert its leadership in the sector as Britain's largest independent pharmacy group.
Brief
We need a modern brand identity that resonates with customers, works across multiple customer touchpoints, for
numerous business units whilst staying
true to the original business ambition of helping people in the community stay healthy and feel better
Solution
By familiarising ourselves with the business and working closely with key stakeholders from the owners to the pharmacists themselves we were able to Build a detailed picture of the customer and the opportunity. From here we created the customer story & brand Identity along with visual expressions of the hierarchy. Once complete we developed a set of brand guidelines for priority implementation
