The Keto Diet is Trend 4.



The Keto diet has been around for a while now however 2021 could be the year it really takes off.


As people become more dynamic in their approaches to health, they seek out brands that accommodate their increasingly specific needs and preferences when it comes to living well.


Modern consumers are more accustomed to diverse options for alternative ingredients and expect that most brands meet their more varied food and beverage preferences.


The rise of keto diets, which include high-fat, low-carb foods and beverages, has resulted in brands catering to individuals who subscribe to keto lifestyles.




These include baking mixes for desserts, which tend to go against keto diets, but are now being made with low-carb ingredients. The confectionary and yoghurt categories are also seeing an influx of brands with keto fuel bars and nut based yoghurt.


Even brands in the sweet treat category (normally associated with highly calorific food) have jumped on the Keto wagon and are prioritizing the growing needs for dietary & health preferences.
